Hi rode the 2006 model for about 6000 miles last year great bike all round only bug bear was a slightly hard seat and brakes are not great get a bit spongy when pushing it hard. Also clunky gearbox but not to bad if maintained well. The S2 has upgraded brakes and a new swingarm and a comfy seat be intresting to see the difference between the two bikes also Yamaha are running 0% on the fazer range at the moment. Also look at the new Bandit 650 got some good write ups... happy hunting

Hi I don't know if there coming to the states but if they do you must get turns heads in spades and buying the extras for thes should be cheap for you as engine is based on the wildstar..... Bonkers torque aswell will beat most sports bikes from the lights with a 155nm of torque as standard and with the yamaha cans loud as hell. I do know that here in the UK we have a different version to the rest of Europe as we still run the 2005 model and Europe have an updated model (colours mainly but also with six pot calipers same as 2007 R1 Cheers STU

hi he must be mad to sell for $8000 probably hoping so mad fool of a collector will pay him top dollar, if it was a 1998 red/white model then that is a diiferent matter as they seam to be fetching big money at the moment but you could probably get a 2004 underseat pipe model for that money.

Hi gezzer should look to pay no more than £3500 for a mint low miler as they trade at around bout £2000 and move very quickly for good exmples and not that many uk ones about lot of imports about tho.
