    Motorbike registration

    It is an import and the vin is different to the engine number which is AS3-402922.The engine is stamped 195cc. When I bought the bike there was no V5 or number plate and its taking an age to register.

    I am trying to register an RD2OODX ? which has the VIN IE8-229609.I have been told by a few people its a 1978 model although Nova are saying it was first registered in 1974. Could anybody help ? Mark
