Anyone have any ideas about a wobble...
its slightly better because you reseated the tyre? as far as i know the yellow dot doesn't have to be lined up with the valve, as long as its balanced properly.... where the dot is shouldn't make a difference. it usually means less weights on your wheel if its lined up though.....

Flywheel won't come off :(
i got it off! i the thing nearly took my head off when it pooped off, on first inspection every thing looks good an not broken yes 3 legged puller, i bought one an made one, strangely, its the one i made i got it off with... the only other puller i saw was one that screwed into the centre of the flywheel, but theres no thread in the centre of mine to screw one in, thats the only other kind i saw

xj900f handlebar swop
you might be able to get handlebar risers that will fit xj900 instead of changing the top yoke...

cylinder and cylinder head busted. Big bore?
If your going for the BBR 150ccm kit you might need more air flow too.. not sure if you could just re-jet your carb to accommodate the BBR 150 kit...an i think the xt125x/r is the same engine too! personally i never go with the big bore kits, the other engine components are made for a 125 not 150....but thats my personal opinion

1996 TDM 850 rear shock
have you tried heating it? freezing it? cut it off if you can get in with a grinder? you can use a stick welder if you want to heat it fast, but be careful

xt125 ticking
how did you fix it? if its coming back when the engine warms maybe it is the valves, metal expands as the engine as gets hot
-
Nearly done fella 1 more problem lol
surly if the piston was seized, the lever would still pull in a bit? sounds strange it wont even move a millimeter

xt125 ticking
Hi ya'll first off, thankyou for having me on your forum, hopefully find some good tips an tricks here... ok i've recently bought a bike xt125x that i'm doing up (or trying) but i have a ticking comeing from the engine, i thought it was the top end (unsure now) so i took the top off ajusted the valves to they max, checked the timing chain and tensioner...the timing chain and tensioner looked ok to me, but i can't be 100% sure on that...an new head gasket, new oil as some one had over filled it! but i still have this tick, its in rhythm an not a random tick... i don't want to strip the engine if its something stupid....but i don't want to ride it incase its not anyone got any ideas plez? tomy
