Hello again, Can some one help, when starting the bike ticks over quite nicely at about 7-8000 but as soon as she warms up its ticking over at 15-17000, i know the bike is 15 yrs old and the carbs may be a little "used" but is there anything i can do to help cure this? Cynic you hit it on the head......it's just taken me an hour of wiggling to get the case off gears work fine now....mass clean and grease up in the morning

Ok so new oil is in but still cant get gears

I didn't look before draining the oil which was a horrid black I am getting fresh oil tomorrow fingers crossed

Hi guys & gals (if there are any) Wonder if any one can shed any light on this I bought my bike a month or to ago but Over the last few weeks my gears have become very stiff and hard to change, clutch is fine, chain oiled and adjusted correctly, could this be bad oil or possibly something worse? Any help greatly appreciated
