hello everybody, So ive been doing some cleaning up and painting and what not on my bike getting it all ready for this 'amazing' summer that we're meant to be having.. i've purchased some new handguards too just to try and make it look a little abit more agressive which i think they would do, but in order for me to fit them i really need some shortened levers for it. Does anybody have any idea where i could get any from to fit my bike? "/ i've had a shop around and i cant seem to find any anywhere Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you

fork issue sorted, ordered a pair off ebay for £160 which i didn;t think was too bad, seals all changed and legs painted up and on the bike. all thats left to do is to build my front brake up now that the calipers painted and then ill be zooming around once more xD Thanks for the advice guys.

haha, I could understand it if I went to town on it, but I literally did it finger tight then nipped them with an average allen key.. wasn't tight at all.. I cant understand why it just went like it did.. I've looked for people breaking them and I've been in touch with one guy that has a set on there.. just waiting on a response from him. so thought i'de try other avenues too Thanks for the response.

alright guys.. had a bit of a mission doing some paint work on my DT getting it ready for when the sun decides to show its face, anyways.. painted my forks and when I went to put my wheel back on just slightly nipped the 2 bolts that hold the spindle and snap! it broke the bracket that the spindle goes through at the bottom of the fork. Does anybody know where I could get some second hand forks from other than ebay? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.. Thankyou

I'm looking to change my chain and sprockets soon but am in two minds as to change the amount of teeth on my sprockets or not.. The top end of my bike is roughly 85/90mph depending how hard i push it i mainly use my bike around town and on the back lanes just for comuting and some summer fun really.. i wouldn't mind slightly better acceleration, but i am getting mixed answerrs from my friends. Some say smaller sprrocket on the front will increase accel but drop top end a little. And otthers say increease the teeth on the rear which will have thee same affect? i am looking for a definative add or remove x amount of teeth on front/rear sprocket to get this outcome? has anyone got any advice on tried and tested combinations? thankyou everyone

hi guys i have recently had an issue with the cold affecting my battery and was wwandering if there is anybody that knows wheere i could source all of the relevant kick start components to fit one to my bike? Any help will be much appreciated.

Hmm i'll have to try and source some black nipples from somewhere then.. surely there has to be a place that I could buy a set of spokes and nipples from that are anodised or something? I suppose I could try contacting some MX companies that build custom wheels and give them the dimensions of my spokes to see if they would have anything to match or if they could make some up? (providing I could get the dimensions ) Thanks again (:

Thanks for the fast response And ok, so if I wanted them black I'd either have to get them and the nipples painted or powder coated before I get the wheels re spoked?

Hi guys, I am after abit of advice as to where I can source a new set of spokes and nipples for my wheels.. I have a 2006 Yamaha DT 125x supermoto that my spokes have corroded on, I am getting my wheels powdercoated and want the spokes changing too. Just a simple gloss black set of spokes and nipples, does anybody have any ideas where I can get them from? Thanks

Hello everyone, I'm getting my wheels and swing arm powder coated so would want to replace the wheel bearings and will need to replace the swing arm bushes too.. any ideas on a good place to source these bits from that are good quality and reasonably priced? Any advice great fully accepted, thank you (:

Hello everyone, i have a 2006 DT125X supermoto with the spoked wheels.. Does anybody know of any other wheels that would fit this bike? i've been told that TDR wheels fit them but you need the forks, caliper, caliper carrier and different bearings and speedo cable/drive and wheel spacers? Does anybody have more information on this? any help is much appreciated!

Thankyou, know where i'd get some advice about doing a wheel conversion on my DT. i have a 125x so its already a supermoto// but wanted to try and source some solid wheels rather than spoked??
