Got some more reflective decals in today (Dunlop ones for my front forks) and had him make some visor strips as well, which turned out to be a little too big for the visor...so I stuck that on the back of my helmet along with a yamaha and dunlop decal, which are reflective. Should help increase visibility at night and maybe prevent someone rear ending me! Plus I think they look sweet. material is Avery Black Reflective Vinyl

lol don't worry no knee sliding till it warms up a bit, even then I'm sure it'll take me some time to learn how to ride better before I push it that far! I couldn't pass up this deal though, I can still wear it around the house... you have to walk hunched over or ..... ... they do pinch your balls good when you stand up straight, but when hunched over on the bike in the riding position they are a perfect fit and feel quite comfortable! My wife doesn't think all these "deals" are so good, because they keep accumulating.... lol!

Good to hear you survived! Gear saved my arm some good road rash in December... I knicked my visor too but didn't hit my helmet otherwise... but I only had a really tiny scratch in the top corner of the visor.

I keep scoring these ridiculous deals on kijiji! Guess it helps I work from home and check the site like 10 times a day.... lol Latest deal is this Joe Rocket suit, awesome shape, seller said it was worn 6 times, looks like it too, it's mint. Knee sliders still look brand new! I'll have to do something about that come riding season.... Anyway, best part, I paid $100 CAD for this.

lol they just shipped the paint on Friday - apparently only shipping to Canada twice a month! Some bittersweet news today, house was conditionally sold, so now it's time to start looking for a new place! Going to miss my garage the most.

Yeah just look through my build thread, those pictures will be worth 1000 words! I did a complete top end rebuild over the winter, never done one before...and got it done in a month, successfully! I'll check the condition of the cases I've got... one has bondo on it though (was NOT me who did that!)

Did some chain maintenance today, used PJ1 cleaner and PJ1 Blue Label Chain Lube - stuff turns sticky when it's on so it doesn't fly off, heard good things about it so thought I'd try it out! Still waiting on my sprocket and paint.... always something! Oh and waiting for snow to melt still .... lol

I think I may have some extra covers but they're not in good shape, ebay has a few I've seen kickin' around for pretty cheap I'd check em out there. Definitely pick those up, better to damage them instead of the stuff they protect in case of a crash! I see you've already got your airbox on order, and good, because I don't have an extra one of those! lol

Hey I'm not saying it won't work, just saying from what I've read everyone who installed the pods had problems, you could still try it out, maybe it'll work if you get the correct jet kit!
