Hi I had posted yesterday and someone recommended coming to this part of the forum.. Im having a few problems with my bike I have a 28mm dellorto vhst carb (premixed two stroke )and when I turned the fuel on then try start my bike it will start leaking my premix everywhere My throttle was a dual throttle? Controlled oil and petrol but now I dont have a oil pump theres no spring back in the throttle. So if you spin it it will stay wherever you last spined it to And now when I try start it it sounds normal. Then makes one noise like the stator motor is not spinning the flywheel or something? :S Thanks George

im from Suffolk in the united kindom done a full nut and bolt restorating everything but the the engine it has uprated crank, 80cc bore kit, 28mm carb with race reed valve and air filter, I was wondering if anybody could help me with a few questions ( im not a mechanically minded person ) Because of the carb the fuel is pre mixed with two stroke The oil pump requires a blanking plate, but the thats where the retract is for the throttle? Il turn the fuel on and the carb will overflow and start leaking petrol, ive checked and the floats arnt getting stuck, ( may that have something to do with the throttle?) And the gear shift is very stiff regardless of doing it with your foot or using the lever on the engine with your hand is there anyway to loosen it? Sorry to ask so many questions im just so stuck
