Hello
Welcome Claire! Glad your mojo has returned (I've never seen one but am assured they're real!) and that you're coming back to two wheels. Look forward to hearing more from you as Adam re-awakens

Funny thing is, this wasn't the video I meant to post (selected the wrong link) but I reckon it's going down better than the one I planned so, hey....

Ok I know it's "NOT" a Yamaha.
May have been a pain but it looks good I always liked the offset fuel cap on the 400 Bandit, one of those rare, sensible additions to a bike (subequently abandoned!)

Whats would be the max milage a day on a tour? Viva la Europe
We always used to reckon on 150-250 per day. Don't forget, the wonderfully twisty bits take a lot longer!

Hi from Italy

New starter...hi
Hi Sam Welcome to the club! There are a lot of very helpful people here and they're so nice, I stayed even though I don't have a Yamaha anymore You're right on the big bike thing. The hardest part is getting used to moving the thing around at slow/no speed, but it feels much more stable on the move. Also nice to know that you can accelerate your way out of trouble Katie

Is there such a thing as a "better" brake fluid
HI Shaun In answer to your question, the answer is no, it doesn't make any difference what brand you go for. Never felt any difference on any bike, or heard of anyone else mentioning a preference, so go for the cheap stuff! Er, as long as it's the right DOT
