Thanks TomG. The Varadero is a great bike, and I will be very sad to see it go.. But it was starting to cost me money so I thought I had better trade it in whilst it was still worth something. Looking forward to picking the new bike up.... but apprehensive as well. 78bhp is a lot more than 15.

Hello to everyone on YOC!! Today was a big day for me - I finally traded in my trusty Honda Varadero 125 for...... A 1999 TDM850!!! Woohoo!!!! I am now in the big bike zone!!!!!!! Highish mileage , but a mint example - love at first sight Here's a pic of it... Not bad for my bike & £600 Get it next weekend.
