  2. did you have any joy with your pipes i also have an xj600 mine is a pre diversion and i am struggling to find an exhaust i would like to fit a 4 into 2 system if i can
  3. thanks again slice it is always my luck that when i buy something there is a wide range of parts avalible but never the bit i need. my header pipes look good so i may take a chance that the rear section might fit if i can get it for low money if not i might see if a local exhaust maker can knock me up something and keep looking around for the right parts.
  4. i have found a full system off an 1984 xj550 and this system looks more like my one than any other i have seen could this be worth a look
  5. thanks guys this is a great help, i will take a look at motad and keep an eye on ebay thanks again
  6. i am new to biking and have just purchased an '89 xj600 pre diversion and the exhaust is a bit tired from the 4 into 1 joiner back, i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on replacing it as it appears that they are a bit hard to get hold of, can you fit a 4 into 1 off anything else without much modding ideally none. would really like stainless if possible. the diversion from '92 on looks very similar. any help would be much apreciated thanks kev .
