I spent about 15 minutes 'tweaking' the points gap and seem to have gotten the old 250 to run really well. Appreciate the info. Dave

I don't have a service manual yet... wondering if anyone can give me the specs on ignition timing / point gap? Also.. do timing marks exist or is a dial indicator required?
