    Have you got the correct workshop manual? Could be something else holding it on

    No it should be much higher, 60v AC up to around 80. May well vary with engine rpm. Measure between the 3 yellow wires again

    Could well have bearing lock on it. Have you got a heat gun you can warm it up with?
