It was a easy repair the problem was caused by the bearing on the rod which houses the gear selector being ceased up so the gears were just missing. Lubricated the inside of the bearing with some z1 and adjusted the linkage now I get all gears so easily...

My r6 gear problem has been solved it was the bearing which is on the shift rod with the selector on,we managed to get some z1 inside the bearing to free it of now I can get every gear easily.this was caused through not using the bike regularly as I should due to the British weather.

That sounds like the problem with my r6 a 2001 model,1st gear no problem then go up the gears becomes hard to change,also hard to change down,anyone help please.
