Hey all, just thought i'd share my progress with my beloved yammy aerox im currently rebuilding the engine,all there is to do is skim the head and fit a new piston and rings just resprayedit and must say im rather impressed with how its looking

piston rings? my was running and pulling with little throttle and soon as i opened it up it cut out, my pistons finished and soo are the rings... also you may be getting too much or too little fuel/air

yeah there should be a little coonector in the head for the temp sensor. personallyinstead of replacing the foam id buy a proformance air filter. they have offers on at adrenaline pedstop for pippercross air filters going at £6.50 http://www.adrenalin-pedstop.co.uk/cp-Pod_Filters-6024.aspx

hey, when i baught a leo vince zx pipe for my 01 plate aerox i found i had the same problem.... upon consulting the 'doctor' (my dad) lol there was a washer/restricter in the downpipe by the head. remove that and you will notice a big difference failing that, buy a air filter, reeds and up jet.

hey recently had the same problem with my 01 plate aerox, which is a 70cc. ive stripped my engine and whats causemine is; 1st- the spark plug 2nd- piston 3rd- piston rings 4th- slight scoring to the barrle easy, just replace the piston and rings

strange problem, never had that with mine, i just use the kickstart even though my batteries fine. i removed all the mechanics for the elctric start to fit the variator off the 100 on my 50 aha believe it or not it increases the acceleration alot hope you find the problem soon though mate
