The ghost page
Any photo's or description's of ghosts include clothing being worn.....how can clothes, shoes and other objects be in spirit form? Has anyone ever seen ghosts of animals.....I'm thinking 'headless horseman'? Did rider and horse die together?

Which boots?
On a smaller bike and not travelling too far, Cats or Timber style might do. I held off a bit longer to get a bit more dosh and bought TCX Infinity boots. Consider the climate this part of the world, needing to keep your toutsies warm and dry. Getgeared have boots under £100 in mid season sale or, fcmototo.de and look at hot deals.

Crank case cover
It's the cover on the chain side..... left side as you sit on the bike.

Crank case cover
Hi, I want to replace the crank case cover on my XJ6N. I got it scratched up having to lay the bike down. Unfortunately, it was on stoney ground and attemping to pick it up, the bike slid. (Yeah, I feel crap about it). It seems to me that I just need to; drain the oil, unbolt cover and remove the old gasket. Then, fit new gasket, bolt on new cover, refill with oil and check for leaks. Can it be as simple as that? Any advice would be appreciated.

Chain lube
Hi, Does your XJ6 have a center stand, or do you have a rear paddock stand? Either one of above will make it easier as you can turn wheel by hand and spray chain. Or, you can start engine, put it in 1st gear and spray chain as the wheel turns. I like the non sticky lubes such as Yamalubes Platinum chain spray. http://www.yamaha-motor.eu/uk/accessories/service/yamalube/yamalube_cleaning.aspx Spray the chain after washing and when you've been riding in the rain. Someone else might advise you on after how long or after how many miles.

Ybr 125
Hi, I bought one in 2010, used it for my tests, passed tests and bought an XJ6. I still have the YBR as its such a great wee bike for short trips. Mechanicly sound, nice to ride, I found it more comfortable than honda CG. I agree with Siblo about doing the checks, I've spilled mine twice (both times on ice), having said that, they crash well if you drop or low side. The exhaust must be near to blowing as it is 5 year old, I'm considering putting a stainless on when it does.

Hello from Paulrever
Hello there! My name is Paul and I live near to Belfast, N.Ireland. I commute a short distance to work on my 2007 YBR125. I also have an XJ6N 2010 which I have been riding, (weather permitting), since I pased my test in Sept 2011. Yes peeps, XJ is restricted! Fully twisted, had it doing 93 yesterday coming home from Monaghan. Anyway, nice to be here on the forum. Keep it between the hedges!
