Brake caliper joint seals RD350YPVS FII
I have now found a full set of seals and joint rings from Powerhouse, you can use the RGV250 ones but they retails at 5 or 6 quid from a suzuki(wash my mouth out) dealer, half that price at Powerhouse. Thanks for all the suggestions

Brake caliper joint seals RD350YPVS FII
Cheers guys, I had thought of O rings, jsut concerned with the brake fluid attacking them, I'll try the 350 club. I also know you shouldn't split them. but without doing so the pistons were never coming out. They had been very badly kept. I have the originals so they may reuse.

RD350 YPVS steering head bearing removal
Thanks all, there was no lip at all, I have however removed the little buggers, I used a grinding head on my dremel and made a recess under the bearing cup, then using a drift managed to get the offending article(s) out. Frame now at powder coaters, great joy! Previoulsy tried a bit of heat, well a lot of heat but nothing was moving them.

RD350 YPVS steering head bearing removal
My F2 has taper roller bearings in the stearing head, does anyone know how to remove the cups from the frame, there is absolutely no lip to allow them to be tapped out with a drift. Before is go at them with a blow torch

350 power valves
just to let everyone know the the power valves off e-bay are great, they came from legend motorcycles, you don't get the bolt and the pins so keep the old one, I also bought a set of bushes and connecting coupling from Australia, cost around £65 delivered, bargain!

350 power valves
thanks, I tried Norbo, but need them quicker, I plumbed for the E-bay version, but you have now opened up a fantastic source with Norbo which I didn;t know about (new to this game) Cheers
