    Noise, that is spot on. And it would explain my earlier issues when riding slow with low revs. On my bike I have an aftermarket exhaust system and there is no position for the Exup; Looks like I'll need to source a full exhaust. Had a look on eBay and there was only one but had no exup valve in the exhaust system. are the internal valves quite rare?

    Hello, Just got my first Yam Exup FZR400r. Only there is no Exup fitted. The guy I got it off handed me the Exup servo when I collected it. The bike runs ok (ish), but is quite lumpy when revs get low and struggles to pick up revs once they've dropped. Now I'm not to sure where the Exup system is locted and if its an easy thing to pop back in. I guess Yamaha put it in for a reason. Could any one give me some advise. Possibly show me a picture of where one is fitted and generally advise it its hard to put right once it been taken out? Cheers Greg
