The Dept of Transport were doing a free sticker thing that went inside your helmet with your personal details etc , and an alert one for Police/ Ambulance that went on the outside to let them know details were inside.

I think that has the potential to be a really nice bike, I had a RD 200 in 1972, the RS is as rare as hens teeth, I don,t remember seeing one before, do it up bit by bit, I think it,s lovely....

It came in from Japan as a 2001, story was it was from a shop that closed down, I suspect it was a shop hit by the quake. They have made them for the Japanese market since 1978 virtually unchanged, and an injected model is still on sale in Japan.I picked it up on 1st Feb and have just got it registered and taxed. It rides just like a 70,s bike which is what it is , not fast but torquey and flexible with nice flickable steering.I,ve ordered a Yamaha rear chrome carrier from Japan( OE fitting) for the back.
