Revving to high when started checked throttle and its not that on twist throttle sticking any ideas wot it could be would be great

Once bike is up and running I have no idea were to take it to ride it. I have a ty175 and not that experianced on a off road bike

Hi I'm stan/26/burnham,slough. Just started my first Bike project ever because I was given a yamaha ty175 . It was a non running and was taking up room in friends shed. I try and work on it on weekend and when got time and all I've managed to do so far is get it sort of working. Can't wait to have it working fine so I can enjoy it and the work that's been done
