I started noticing spots on the heat shield. Then later caught where the drops were forming but now that I look at it closer it seems to be coming from above somewhere. Probably just need to clean the hell out of it.

So I have an '05 Vstar 650 classic. I have a small gas leak from the front carb drain screw. At least thats where it seems to be leaking. It drips maybe 2 drops a day if I ride it. What would be the best thing to do? Should I clean the carb or could the problem be something else?
