Hi Mate, Just bought my 2005 R6 about a month ago and was told if you loose the red key you have to have a new key barrel and a new set of keys programmed. The dealer said it costs a few hundred quid to sort so i would phone up your local people All the keys have to be cut and programmed round the red one. Peace
