I've read that because the loose balls don't have a cage to keep them separated there's a little bit of a gap. Some gaps are big enough for one ball and others about half that size. As long as you have the correct number of balls I think you should be okay. ??

I think that might be normal... so they can roll freely. ??

wow! She looks to be in fantastic shape. I'm no good with electrical myself. I can trace wires and match color-coding... that's about the extent. I'd say post up your individual questions in the workshop section to get more response. Or you could start a project thread.
