I have a 2001 fazer600, I have no probs with distance on it, Blackpool to Leicester and back in one evening. Easy bike to ride, reliable, I did 18000 miles in 10 months on mine, half motorway rest A/B roads. I would certainly recomend the early models of Fazers to anyone. Sorry to hear about your accident, I am in a similar position at the moment, 29th April I was knocked off my Fazer600 by an old fella in an escort. My bike is at home, but now waiting on insurance to pull their fingers out. I was carted off in ambulance as well, luckily only broken wrist, foot, whiplash and a bit of nerve damage. It is so sad when the bike you love gets hurt through no fault of your own. Hopefully you will be able to replace it with one just as good. Keep your chin up, you are still here to tell the tale. i have done 18000 miles in 10 months on my fazer, he was 5 ears old when i bought him with 14000 on clock. in my opnion he hadn't been ridden and enjoyed. fazers are the workhorses of the bike world, great for commuting, touring or just for fun. as long as a bike is looked after, high mileage should not be a problem.

Hi, i crashed my poor bike into a car last sunday. He now needs new fairing, headlights, mudguard and forks, (he came off pretty well) anyone suggest best place to get parts for him, cheapest option preferrable!

i ride a fazer 6, love it to bits, done 1800 miles on him in 10 months, never let me down yet. Unfortunately i crashed him last sunday, i have broken wrist, foot and whip lash. once he is repaired i hope to do a lot more miles on him before the year ends. good bikes, go forever, reliable what more can i say?
