  1. Did mine just after Xmas and been running fine since although only running a couple of times a week. It does however need revs to be bright. The instructions by Neo on this site were very clear and I sourced all my bits via ebay. Suprised how easey it was.
  2. Got all the bits, this is this weeks job. Replacing all the bearings, repainting and general tarting up. Thanks Neo

  4. Just joined as I have been browsing off and on over the years but have decided to do up my DT175MX (again) so thought I might get some useful tips on here. I have had a few Yams over the years starting with a RD250E in 1979 then an RD400 I currently have a DT175MX , which used to belong to my best friend which I got in about 1990 and an RD250LC which I bought at a similar time. I also have an Aprilia Tuono which I was off for a ride on to day but as its cold now I won't bother, instead I intend goinging into the garage and take the wheels off the DT as I intend to re-spoke both wheels. So first question and recommendations where to get new spokes from and measurements? I had intended taking spokes out and sending as a pattern but if someone has already done that it saves me one more job. Thanks
