  1. Yes know what you are on about - used to have the old rd yams and an FS1E when I was 17 - look at the price of them now. Something about the old twostrokes though.

    I have been having problems with my TRX - she has been flooding on start and running rough under 3000 rpm, on the advice of another forum I have completely rebuilt the carbs with a repair kit. I have also renewed the plugs and air filter but the b***ch is still flooding - any ideas?????

  9. Not being a mechanic am I right in thinking that emulsion tubes as sometimes quoted are carburetor needle jets??

  11. Can anyone out there give me some advice as my TRX is running rough under 3000rpm and is also using a lot of fuel - should be getting more than 60 miles out of a tank of fuel. Around town she chugs and splutters but get it above 3000 and she seems to be ok - any ideas?
