    Thanks for that , EBC plates seem popular and less than half what our local friendly dealer wants ,it took me over 3 hours to get pipes off and was lucky the broken studs came out with mig and heat, so ithink ive done hard bit so while im this far in i might as well chuck in a set of plates and springs

    Hello not sure i posted this in the right place first time , my clutch needs seeing to , i need a new set of friction plates and i suppose a set of springs to avoid my local main dealer i was hoping for some imfo on the best place to get em on line and the types to avoid , thanks Kernow

    Thanks for the reply gizmo 666 looks interesting , now ive just flipped the exaust off as it says in haynes manwell i am going to have a look inside and see whats what . I was trying to order online as my local one stop rip off shop main dealer wants more than the bike is worth ive seen some ebc ones online for half the price and some makes ive never heard of even cheaper just wondering what anyone had used on here and how it went .     Hello my 650 dragstar clutch is right out the end on the lever have farted around with cable and marks on crank case etc , its done 22000 and thats the original from what i can see, so its time to look inside ive just spent three hours cutting grinding welding twisting studs off just to get the exausts off is there any type of plates to avoid when i order and where would you say was the best place to order from .     Just a quick hello , im based in sunny Cornwall and at the age of 50 ive gone back to 2 wheels , what a job it is to get a direct access ticket , ive bought an old 650 dragstar and just done a few miles on it to see what wanted doing and have now put her in garage and started on it .
