its a 2005 kawasaki kle 500 . ive two weeks off work soon so thinking of going touring .my tdr is brilliant for work etc but looking at this bike just to get me away for 2 weeks

a friend of mine just bought a 2006 ybr and got me to drive it home very smooth bike and smooth gear change nice little bike all round would any one no were id get a manual for it ??

my brother in law is thinking of buying a 2006 yamaha ybr with 8000k in the clock for a first bike . could anyone give me any info on dis bike and are they any goid etc and what to look out for when buying one . thanks

Wouldn't no how or were to clean mate ?

I mean it won't idle is there any timing screw on the carb to make it idle in neutral

I no its not a Omaha but the kdx won't idle does anyone no how to make it idle is there an adjustment screw etc on the carbon ???

And its reading 10698mls on the clock

Will do thanks I just picked up the logbook also all the indicators and rear light and the original set of road tyres to as it has motorcross tyres on it i think ill try get it back on the road and give my tdr a rest :-)

I was doin sum repairs on a barn roof on Tuesday and in the corner under a load of junk i came across a 1989- 1991 kdx 125 the owner says its bin there over 15 years .her late husband used it on the farm . and to my suprise she gave it to me . I've to call back to collect logbook etc. anyway i took it home and gave it a good scrub and its in pretty good nick . poured sum petrol in and changed plug and after 3 kicks it fired up and drove fairly ok so i decided to service it last nite done the plug and gear oil but went i took the airliner out it just fell apartt Would anyone no were id get a replacement air filter for it I've checked ebay etc Thanks

The past few times I've took my bike out I've noticed a few dross of oil on the floor there would b a cupple of drips on the lower bar just under the gear leave on closer inspection i don't no weather its coming from the gear leave ..i.e gear linkage seal or if its humming from the small kog above the gear leaver . and advice and help on repair would b great . thanks

Can i ask y u wouldn't ? My comute to work involves 40 mins motorway driving the tdr i have is great for city driving but lacks on motorway speed i like the xt 660 as Im hopeing it would sit at motorway speeds comfortable as the tdr Im afraid ill blow it up . its either the xt 660 or i like the 600 fazer
