Gordon's Daughter

Hi, How is everyone? I am the IT literate daughter of Gordon, once upon a time he had massive bikes and looked dashing in his leathers....Now he's a grandfather with a wee scooter (XMAX 250). Slight change but he loves it He even talked my hubby into getting his own wee scooter (SYM Eurojet) which is perfect for his commute. We joined because my Dad loves to read and talk about bikes so with me doing the typing he might actually get something out of this. And he has a querie if anyone can help? Hiya, My Dad has had and fixed bikes for years. Recently got a Yamaha XMAX 250 (2010) and he got a puncture in the rear wheel. A random guy said he'd need special equipment (a hub puller or something like it) to get the rear wheel off to get it fixed. Can anyone say if this is the case or if the random was just being a tube?
