Hi, I've put up with it for long enough, but now the "read owners manual" label on my tank is starting to annoy me. I've taken the waterproof layer off the top of it. And I've picked at it with my finger nails but it's bloody stubborn. Has anyone else got any suggestions, I don't want to damage my paintwork trying something stupid Cheers

Do it, they're great companions. So is the Labrador, though she prefers living indoors. Shepherds are good guard dogs and usually well behaved. First one was a rescue dog. These 2 we got as puppies

That's a girl. Sadly she passed away just over a year ago. But now have the best of both worlds, now have a Labrador and a German Shepard:

Do you mean fit this rack (Yamaha) not fix this box?
-
Ok thanks, I have a Yamaha Rack already, will a Givi box fit this or should I have bought the Givi rack?

Hi, I'm looking for a top box/case for my XJ6, I already have the rack, but I don't really want to pay yamaha prices for a box as it won't get used very often. I have found http://www.motorbikesandparts.co.uk/givi-topbox-rack-for-yamaha-xj6a-and-diversion-09-p-20026.html , but just wondered if anyone else had fitted a non-yam one and if so who's make and how much? All advice appreciated as always.

Hi All, Not sure how others do (if at all) but wanted some advice on how to clean my jacket. It has some white areas on it and it's beginning to look a bit tatty! (http://www.hein-gericke.co.uk/clothing/motorcyle-clothing/jackets/pro-sports-psx-competition-2-sheltexr-blouson-schwarz-rot.html) Any advice on how to wash or clean these much appreciated... Rgds Dan

Just doing this myself, thought I had cocked up the wiring earlier but it's all good. Will post a pic when done.

Filled it up, started her up, let her tick over for 5 mins, let her cool down, topped her up as it has dragged some through the pipes. Seemed to be running a little warmer but maybe cos it was just on tickover in my garage....

Hi, I got a radiator cover for my XJ6 for xmas. In order to change it I have to disconnect and drain radiator. Just want to know before I do this if bikes need any specific anti-freeze/coolant, or whether I can just use the pre-mixed stuff from halfords etc. Thanks in advance. Dan
