Don't forget that the rear cylinder will run hotter that the front as the air is blocked by the front thus not cooling the rear as much as the front.

Hmmm.........i wonder if mine needs a service or some thing as when i 1st got the bike it only done 85 so i was chuffed when i finally got 100 out of it but that was down hill lol so if you got 115 out of a standard one then there has to be some thing wrong with my baby or your just talking shit

After rejetting my carbs 5 times n taking every bit of use less shit off it my bike gets up to 100 mph (just) but it mainly accelerates quick as I have got straight through pipes, short ram cone filters onto the carbs and 122.5 main jets and dyno kit diaphram needles and different pilot jets on.

Well the starter button has now been moved from the handle bars down to near the little cubby hole on the left hand side of the bike, very easy to do and only cost me £2.99 for the button off Amazon! Still thinking of a way of getting them split tanks to fit but im thinking im gunna have to make a new tunnel to fit over the frame then mount the tanks to that then i can use the original tank mounting points on the frame. If not i will see about getting another dragstar tank and cut the tunnel out of that and use it. Either way these tanks are going on the bike! Pics and vid to follow

I have a shark (not the fish) helmet as its the only make that i find that fits my hobbit head and is comfy. My tip would be to go to a Bike dealer that sells lids and spend a good 30 mins or more trying on near on every single helmit possible to get the best out your money.

Well welcome to the site, nice to know a little about the person im/we are talking to. For starters the fuel tank will be difficult to change for a smaller size due to the Dragstars frame having a double back bone (not single like Harley's and other bikes) i know this as im currently changing my fuel tank too, so the way im getting round this is by using a Harley Davidson duel (split) fuel tank if you look at "My Bobber project" you can see all the things that ive done and see how it will look like with a smaller tank set up. What is this problem you have with the Air intake and carbs? The only way you can get a KJS manifold is if you strike it lucky on E-bay as if they don't make them any more then you aint getting one, or the other option is to get a single carb and have a good mechanic to fabricate a way to mount it to the Draggy. Good luck and post up some pics!
