Top tip on how not to get knocked off the bike............keep your eyes open, treat EVERY other car driver or the like as a complete cunt and do every thing you can to read what they are going to do, use your physic ability of knowing which way they are going to turn as now our days you don't need to use your indicators Also ride with your brain...not with your ego! do what YOU can do not what the guys on you tube can do. All in all just ride the flipping bike and enjoy it. its the best freedom your get if your married lol

Right, now that the wedding is all over and done with i can now save up for some new toys for the old girl, but if what i do to her next don't tickle my nipple then i think by this time next year she will be sold and a new project will have been started. I still need to pull my finger out and sort out this suicide clutch and shifter, re-place the fork seals and re-paint the fuel tank or get the split tanks fitted (one or the other) I'm now looking at getting a Dyna CDI unit and Dyna coils which will give the girl a good 5hp gain and also i can then Advance / retard the motor and un lock some performance out of her. Then for the cherry on the cake i will throw in some Iridium spark plugs for a better ignition. But as the name of the bike goes, its built for cruising not for scratching round corners or performing stunts to Vicky polard down tesco's / McDonald's car parks.

Hi Mate and Welcome, Firstly the engine management light always comes on when you turn on the ignition so don't panic, i always wait till that light goes out before starting. What condition are your spark plugs? are they getting wet with fuel? if not then its a fuel blockage problem in the carbs or you have no fuel and need to fill up next question, will they spark out side of the engine (i.e earthed out on engine casing) if no then try a new set of plugs, if still no then new coils, if still now then check the wires to and from the coils. Its always the simple things that make life hard so always check the cheap things first, keep a clear head and think logically.

How can i do a stoppy with a 180 spin on my dragstar? i think that would look awesome! lol again gotta agree with good old Tasky, sports bikes and the like are good for wheelies and other stunts to make up for the fact you may have a small pecker but with the cruisers there is no need for stunts..........just park up and just watch the looks it gets

I totally agree with you there tasky, As you say loads of sites i been on have that in place! Also i still think the site would benefit from a "How too" section which paying members only can get access to, to solve those age old problems with their bikes or easy to do MODS etc.???

I too like to chat to the Over sea's folk that join up etc would hate not to be able chat up old Sacha but i def agree with Tasky that once some one joins up that the next screen they see is the intro forum and have to post a minimum of say 5 post in there before they get access to the rest of the site, as it seams that all we are ever doing is answering the same old questions like "How fast will my DT go" then they bugger off never to return lol
