I had a similar thing happen to me with a BMW driver, petrol station was full and he was behind me waiting, i nip in to pay for my fuel (only 2nd in the que) looks out to double check my pump number and lo and behold Mr BMW driver is out and moving my bike! but i always put my steering lock on (just in case wank knob turns up to take my bike) and as Mr BMW driver picks up my bike gose to turn the bars and near on drops my bike! Lets just say he didn't get his petrol from that station. Un fortunatly i didn't get to "correct him" in his "fo par" moment as there was too much of a crowd and you know who would be buggered by PC plod

I popped round me staep dads last night n i noticed he still has his old 2005 Harley soft tail tank that is laying in the loft which im sure after a few mods will go nicely on my bike :oD bigger tank = more fuel and a more bad ass look lol We will see

Right with only around 1 month of riding weather left of this year (if that snow dose arrive that is) it will soon be time to SORN the bobber and start the long old strip and re-build, so im starting to think of colours? its gotta be "bad ass" so im thinking: *Satin black frame with matt green tins. *Go all black with satin black frame, gloss black tins with matt black engine parts. *Matt black frame with pearl white and gloss black tins *Statin black frame and a dark matt Orange tins *Matt black frame with desert cammo cream on the tins (like OCC did for there latest help 4 heros bike) I will be talking to the chap on my Ebay about this springer from end in the coming month once i have paid the credit card off from buying my nice new 2.5 V6 car (dribbles) then the springer is next on the shopping list!

have you got carbs or injectors? If you still get the problem after lubing up the cables then if you have carbs then it "could" be a diaphram becoming technically F**KED But thats the worst case

Hi Mate, Take off said throttle from your handle bars and grease up your bars (i use bearing grease) replace your twist grip (not too far in as that will course it to stick) give that a go 1st.....if that dont work then id then start looking to see if your cable is rooted correctly as it could be a snag some where along the line. Lastly and most costly would be an internal part of the clutch on its way out? But try the other two to start with. ;o)

Well i have just spent my lunch break trying to find pics of this protest (if you wanna call it that) and any thing on the news about it and i gotta say that its pretty poor.......yes all the big places like kKent and that have there pics etc but what about the rest of the country? i cant get MAG's web site to work and there is only a snipet on BBC news of it along with one worthless cage driver moaning that we heald them up and the fact that we all should wear high viz all the time as they didn't see a biker and T boned them! Dont get me wrong High viz is great and if the weather is shit then i don on the gear but if its clear weather E.G sun shine and clear conditions then im afraid i aint wearing it just because some car driver is too dim whitted and cant look through a pain of glass past there f**king snout. I agree that there should be MORE protests for a longer distance and on a Saturday when they are trying to enjoy THERE free time. I dont care as i will be enjoying MY free time on my toy, couldn't give a crap if they wanna be stuck in there cars with the screaming kids, as i will be out in the fresh air enjoying the cool breeze with the lads. ;o) All the best Keith

FANTASTIC DAY! loads of bikes (prob bout 300-400 ish) o and one rather big V8 blower trike! lol had a good day out with Auzz and a mate from work and a nice slow ride down the A303 few un happy car drivers but a few where happy to see the variaty of bikes out. i think another few rallies are needed as there was no media involved so im not 100% sure how our voices will be heard? Yes a 1 mile long rolling road block is a pain in the arse and will grip most car drivers shit but with out even the smallest bit of media then how is it gunna go un heard? Well we will see i guess.

Hey guys, Well i managed to get to do some stuff to the bike tonight but only put my fork gaiters on but still a big job, i also popped on some big heat shrink to get shot of more chrome and also it will help to protect the forks to weather. here are some pics The yokes will be powder coated matt black this winter to keep with the theme. Next up is the fender stays and i may add a old skool mini wire sissy bar???? Not sure yet tho, bit more photoshop to make my mind up

Hey mate Not 100% im gunna be able to make it as im trying to get these ba*tard fender stays fabbed up but prooving to be a pain in the arse! i do have some 4mm think ally so i could make up a set of tempory ones just for this meet but i will message you on here at 1900hrs tonight to conferm if i am or not. Over fuel it. up rate the jets etc then you should get flames. My mates Buell shoots flames a lot on the back fire but it is making 185bhp at the crank! lol

I too Nod to every biker or if i see my old instructor its the finger and a wave followed by a cupper lol I see the same moped rider on way home from work every day rain or shine 'n' he/she (not quiet sure lol) has only just started nodding back. I think its common curtousy to achknoledge there presence on the road as they are the future generation of bikers and they must be scared enought riding those things with Mr billy boy wanker up there arse not to mention when i pop past them with the straight pipes on lol Harley Riders are just always Pissy as they just spent the last 7 hours polishing the chrome and getting the bike to start, Where as the power rangers have got to get no where as fast as possible lol

Hi Guys, Well not sure if you have heard but Mr government and PC Plod are planning to stop us from modifing our bikes, i dont just mean us that completely change the bike but you wont even be able to put different tyres on it! if they are built with Bridgestones then you can not change them to any thing else (so i have heard) If you are up for a meet and a good old british protest (no rioting tho) then if your a southener or willing to travel to Podimore roundabout services on the A303 (Podimore Roundabout, Yeovilton, Somerset BA22 8, United Kingdom) then your more than welcome. I will update with a time but its this Sunday 25th Sept 2011. Pop up a reply if your interested then im sure we can meet up some where on the A303 and have a convoy down? All the best Keith

Well its been a while and the fender needs re-doing as numb nuts here chipped the paint right down to the primer! (yay!) :'( but this is gunna wait till she is off the road, i need a new number plate as that is now all over the A303 lol I need to make up some better fender stays as the ones i have on there now are a tempery job and the holes are starting to elongate and the fender is jumping around. So with a bit of luck i can get these sorted ready for this week end as there is a rall / protest up at podimore round about on the A303 about the cops / government stopping us from modifying our bikes. Pics to follow

Thanks for the replies, i have clear coated it today n just waiting for it to dry and cure, i have two of those zit looking reflectors in the shead so i will wack one on the number plate so Mr MOT man and PC plod is happy.

Hi Guys! well its been a while but i been busy with the old wet and dry and primer! its gotta be the most boring teadious frustrating thing to do on a bike! but the end result is well worth it! All that is left to do is to sort out some conectors for the wires to connect to the main wiring loom and sort out the brackets for my seat, fit my fork gaiters and re-paint my fuel tank. well here are some pics of the fender start to finish. I have a little orange peel on the top layer but thats nothing a little 2000grit cant solve. All comments truly welcome. Cheers Keith

What sort of finish is this "plastikote BBQ paint from Wilkinsons stores " like? is it a Matt or a satin finish?
