Aeroxmaniac

Hello, im new here at yamahaclub and i need some help My yamaha aerox 2002mod, the sylinder wont be cooled. i have full tank with liqiud, but the sylinder is getting so hot its smoking(this is a 70cc airsal t6 sylinder) its a new waterpump from stage6 on the engine so plz come with some advise to help me get it on the road again ! Thanks
