Trying to find a new front mudguard as i cracked my front one ive been looking on ebay but i need one asap anyone help? Yamaha ybr 125

Lol! Yeah yeah piss off you lot haaa! I rode it today with my lock and bag in and it seemed to be ok. Didnt seem to affect the handling too much if at all just take the corners steadily! P.S. Might start doing removals now if anyone needs one

Haaaa thanks for all the responses!! I went out and got some new strips of metal and drilled holes etc to requirement! Lucky my grandad used to be a metal worker lol!!! Heres the pic... I think it looks abit too big. I got the 37l cos i didnt really know how big it was gunna be but what you think???

When it arrived i thought great i can store my helmet and jacket etc... this was stopped when i tried to fit it. Im a competent person being a chippy but this has me puzzled. Here are some pics of what the problem is... The bike in question First pic of the base plater with fitting underneath infront Dont really know what im meant to be taking pics of but these are all the ones i could think would be helpful! Haha as soon as i got in i googled it and it was like 150 but i couldnt leave without one so i got it! I got gloss black one mate just plain and simple Need to get a tinted visor for it tbh but i cant afford like 30 quid for one, are the ones that are cheaper just as good?

Hey guys! Had a trip to helmet city on saturday from brighton to kent on my 125 haha was very exciting! Helmet city were great help made me feel very welcome and couldnt give me more advise if they tried! The helmet my pals dad gave me was aged at 1992. Very bad. I ended up getting a shoei raid 2 helmet which im v happy with comfortable and light and not a bad price of 180. I have found them 30 pound cheaper on internet now but i felt as though i couldnt ride back with a helmet from 1992 so the extra 30 quid i spent was worth saving my life! Thanks for the help btw peeps glad i signed up!

Thanks for all the comments guys!! I went down to WEMOTO and there were a couple there but none i really fancied. I think im gunna have a run up to that helmet city on the weekend! Sounds perfect for what i need... A HELMET! lol. Will let you know how i get on P.s My second week of riding and im loving it! (Haven't ridden in proper rain yet but living in england i wont have to wait long lol)

Ive been looking loads and found loads that i like but i went to bikes of brighton the other day and they said that they wont let me try unless i buy? Is this for real or what as surely its the same as buying a pair of shoes if you try em to get the correct fit but dont want a pair then you dont HAVE to buy them? Regards for WEMOTO i couldnt see helmets on there :S do you know if they do a good range as i will pop down?

Naa i didnt buy from a dealer, i bought private. Still got a good deal and it seems all good! I have read up and there have been a few people with the problem just gunna get a new bulb and change it and try and see if theres a loose connection as blackhat said. Regards to the fender i will get it replaced but dont have the cash atm to do so . Need to spend it on helmet

Hey peeps! Got a yamaha ybr 125. Had it for jsut over a week now and so far im loving riding! The day after i got it (this is my first bike) i went for a night ride on some country roads on my own. Yeah...didnt know how to go round this corner and went into the grass. Luckily the bike and myself was ok only cracked the front fairing slightly everything else was ok. Couldnt see shit all as the bulb keeps cutting out intermitently (i know this is off topic but any ideas why it is doing it)? Anyways im rambling. My pals stepdad gave me an old rf 200 i think shoei helmet and its been in the wars so i urgently need a new hat! I live in brighton and need to know where the best place is to get one and what i should be looking for. My budget is from £150-£200 mark. Haha this is gunna sound really nooby as i am a noob but what bulb goes into the ybr and where can i get a good upgrade one as mine flickers on and off!! Was out at night on my first night ride and this happened not good !! HELP lol

Hello! Picked up my yamaha ybr 125 today and the first time i rode one after my cbt. I rode it from high wycombe all the way to brighton! Bit nervous to start but ended up alright! At first when i was riding past other bikers i got nods haha then i realised i guess its a secret biker thing??? Looking to buy a jacket and gloves. What sort of helmet is good to start off as i need to get a new one. My budget it 150 quid! Thanks
