you know i hate to say it but for a big trail - if your actually going on the trail the XR650 or even the beemer Dakar 650 are better that the new XT's no offence intended but the big bore XR is bloody amazing out on the trail.

i prefer to ride with mates it just feels safer as long as im with mates who can ride... some of them fuck around on the roads and just bothers me... i also like to ride with someone with the same kinda power as me so we can go at our own pace... the two i usually ride with is a bandit 4 and bros 4 and they can and like to go a lot faster than me -which is fair enough but if i have like another DT there that goes same speed as me its much more fun

totally agree with bazz i was a convo with a mate(a car driver) other day about my other mate had just got his DR4 cause he had passed (restricted and everything) and he was saying how its stupid that my mate with the DR can have such power.... that set me off on one... the DR cant even break a ton and this monkey with a car can go 120 :evil: stoopid car drivers dont know how good they got it
