  1. Hello to everyone! Another new member; a little about me... Had a Suzuki GSF 600 Bandit as my first bike, which I binned at about 3mph - bloody drain grates! I bought a Yamaha FZS 600 Fazer to replace it, and loved it. Comfortable, quicker, and downright fun. However, I've just sold the Fazer to buy an '01 YZF-R6 which is very quick, psychotic, and nowhere near as comfortable but a damn sight more of a giggle. I don't claim to be a genius but if I think I know the answer to something I'll give it a go; other than that, I shall be asking everyone else for help! Cheers ;-)
  2. Hi, Had the same problem with my FZS Fazer 600. It turned out to be the sensor in the front wheel; the plastic rotator has a tendency to snap the pegs, and as such the speed of the rotations isn't recorded, ergo no speed shown. It wasn't an expensive fix - I didn't do it myself, took it to my local parts/service place, and they did it for me. If you check this link: http://www.piaggiospares.co.uk/spares/epc2.asp?PageiD=41&modelID=9655 Part 15 is the bit I'm talking about - hopefully that's all it'll be, especially if your fuse/wires are all where they're 'sposed to be. Hope that helps!
