just saying hello, new to yamaha's, but am the owner of a diversion trike , will be the proud owner once the carb problem is sorted

due to a accident resulting in my hubby losing his left lower leg we bought a 900 diversion trike, after months of stripping it down and repainting, polishing and wishing, the thing is now back together but now we find out the carbs on it are the wrong ones, due to the fact the frame wont allow you to put the right ones on. Can anyone recommend a suit substitute; we think it’s a 92 engine. After months of waiting and to get so close to seeing him ride off in to the distance with his mates it’s very frustrating to say the least, I hope someone can help
