  1. I had the same problem with my Thundercat. Tried drifting them out but that just destroyed the bearings.In the end I bought a small conical carborundum thingy (cost about 80p) for my electric drill and ground out one area of what was left of the bearings (ie.the outer shell).You can then get a small chisel or screwdriver and lever the the shell out. Don't know if you know what I mean but it worked for me.
  2. Baterry is ok but use an inline fuse.
  3. I had same problem on my Thundercat. I made a spacer out of 1 inch ply, painted black, screwed the spacer to the original fitting and refitted the indicators accordingly. Simples!!! Also I have seen some indicators advertised that connect to the rear number plate.I think 'Demon Tweeks' sell them.
