Since this isn't bike related I thought you may not mind. If it is please delete. I don't suppose anyone on here has any Boxford BUD spares? ie. Chuck key, 4 jaw chuck, face plate etc.. Thanks for looking.

Your right someone will go for it however its going to be a money pit and its not even a UK model. I just hope the winner is looking for a keeper.

I've seen the one on eBay and to be honest I think the asking price is a bit much going by the general condition and certain bits are not RD parts and others are off later RD models. To get it nice will cost thousands. Genuine UK models can go for good money however just to get a good B fuel tank will cost quite a bit.

Remember the Transatlantic races Gary Nixon etc..Well Mallory Park Race circuit is under imminent threat of closure due to proposed noise restrictions from their local council. Motorsport and Motorcycle enthusiasts need to unite to prevent this from happening all over the country. Please take a moment to consider the heritage of British Motorsport in both two and four wheel formats, where it's been and where it's going, if we don't we could easily lose more. An e-petition has been set up which requires 100,000 signatures to trigger a government debate and preserve what is still a fantastic circuit for racers and spectators alike. Make your voice heard by signing petition below. https://submissions.epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/46739/signature/new
  12. Its a bit to late for February's as most people have voted.
  13. Thank Chaps, I got the bike off here in March 2011 when it was advertised by Peter. I'll have to have a look at the calendar thing I wasn't aware of it.
  14. Does this model have a Clutch switch as these can get water ingress and can cause problems.

But need more maintenance, O Ring are better as the oil inside cannot get out that easy.
  16. Yes. Here you go. I've just altered the ignition to standard as I was running in at a lower state of tune for 200 miles. Its as close to standard as I think because I havn't seen another one in the flesh yet. There is a chap that has a few of them down south that are mint with zero miles on them and he said its very close to standard so that's good enough for me.

I wouldn't use warm engine oil myself as its to thin and will squeeze out of the rollers, you need something more permanent. Its OK on the outside. Also it will fling on to your tyre and then you know the rest.
  18. Yes I like 2Strokes but better at 4Strokes. I only finished the 350B last September then had electrical charging issues and by the time I had that sorted the weather had turned. Its got less than 200 miles on the bores. It was a full restoration ie. engine, frame, paint, wheels etc still got a few nuts & bolts too get zinc plated and thats it completely done

A split link will be fine as the side load is minimal if fitted right. I have one on my RD350B, 400C and the most powerful Nippy Norman.
