  1. im quite new around hear, but one thing ive noticed is you say this will be your first bike, have you ridden before? have you considerd starting a bit lower down the engine range? just a few small questions i would like to ask. ive been riding for about 2 years now and have only recently started looking a 1000cc bikes, i currently have a 750 which can be a sod some times. i think you should look into the subject more even if you are going to ride at weekends. i think a few others may echoe what i say

    At the moment i own and ride a FZR750, i now have the money and the choice to get a 1000cc class bike, being a yamaha bloke i immeditly head for the R1, thing is i dont really know much about it. im after some user opinion off it not the dealer or website. i was going to go for the 07 model( my first brand new bike). is their any reviews knocking about yet. many thanks in advance

    Hi to all this is my first post around hear so i thought i would start by introducing myself and my bike. the bike, well a bit of a "dinosaur" to many now but still a nice machine, my FZR750. 19 years old and still going strong.im currently awaiting my new exhaust can as the old black one is knackerd and well looks nasty pics below
