hi micky, yeah with the exhaust, get it hanging verticle from something, put a bung in the bottom end of the pipe put in caustic soda and leave, then, as you said, flush out. the exhaust will prob be full of carbon. and yeah, the petrol problem is your floats sticking/dirty float valve. a good strip,clean, and check they are proper height should do the trick 8)

the tdm's look a good option pete 8) should be quite comfy too. what's wrong with the divvy anyway? it's weight, and power or what?
