do try and keep up N_ yep i bought a klr and got shot off the dreaded zzr(check my thread in our off road section for full info) pete, the thing i love is simplicity. it's a motorcycle in it's purest form! i like things to do their job and function easily. my klr does that. i shall give a more in depth report of the klr soon

you silly old fool i've been riding the klr as much as i can and 'seeing' to my gf at all other times i'm not going on any other boards either. this one,the a/c rd club and dsuk is my lot right i'm off out on the klr again. i love it you know

i didn't drink much either tbh. on christmas i had 2 glasses of wine only because i had to drive half the family home in the snow we had. then on new year i kept it to a minimum so i could go out early on new years day on the bike. pitty the weather was sh*te though

the 535 my old man had(just after market pipe) could top 90 ok dunno about restricted ones though. is the washer in the exhaust the only bit they restrict them?

thanks guys. yeah beez i might try a bit of gentle off roading. it'll just be used in the same way my other bikes were mostly though. commuting with the odd sunday run etc. had great fun after work this morning going round all the back roads. it's just so effortless and easy to ride. i wish i got one of these sooner!

well as pete knows, i've been thinking of getting a dualsport. so here it is! a klr650 52 reg with 1.3k miles, predator exhaust(which sounds great) like new condition. i think i've finally found the bike for me! power is great as is the comfort, fun factor and handling. i've been riding it non stop since i got it and it has created a far better first impression than any of my other bikes ever have. it's an awsome bike and i'm over the moon with it

it's ok jmw, we prefer to sort things out ourselves. ta anyway
