Hi Paulp1001, I bought an XJ6-s diversion (bikini) last year and after 2 weeks of owning it i could also hear a noise from the front end of the bike, I found that it was a vibration from the front plastics above the speedo knocking against the front headlight cowling. Took bike into dealer and they 'sorted' it by putting some double sided tape to absorb the vibration where the 2 plastics were touching. I have had to redo this once since then as the noise came back. If you have the same issue be careful when removing the covers as they have a tendancy to snap when forced If its something else sorry for the post. N

Hi all, New to this forum group so hi. I ride an XJ6 S Divvy 09 and love it. owned it for a couple months now and still absolutely love it!! I want to modify a few things like tail tidy, get LED tail light with integrated indicators and put on a decent pipe and get rid of the cat box. The question is.......I want to keep the center stand but all the exhaust systems that I have looked at require the removal of the center stand. Anyone got any advice on this or know a way to get around this? Also to those that have done any mods that are worth doing or not would like to know (esp the tail light). Thanks Nick

Hey David, I have been thinking about this LED for a while now and wondering if it would be a good idea to install them on my bike. I have read what you have done so far and sounds like they dont work as theyre supposed too. With the indicators, do they look good? you should post some photos of the finished product. Do you think you could get some brighter LED brake bulbs installed in the cluster to make them work as they should, also what of the other two wires I am thinking theyre the hand and foot brake wires? Maybe my missus can buy me them for Xmas LOL Nick
