cheers foamy thats what a wo dreading. that means av got gotta get new gaskets then. is it a epensive job to be done?

hi all. i seem to be having trouble selecting 2nd gear, every time i go to select 2nd it selects neutral instead. ive been told that its the selector inside the gear box and that i would have to have the engiene split to access it. could anybody help with some good advice on what to do?cheers guys

yeah power valuve works it kicks in about 7-8000 revs. dont mean to sound like a complete turd, but a dont know wot a pv motor is or what its use is lol. if u could give any adice how to locate the pv that would be sweet. cheers old git

hi to all. had my dtr afew weeks now seems wenim in higher gearrs that ther isnt as much power unless im thrashing it at 8000 revs. this is my first bike is it normal? cheers lookin forward to hearing from somebody with a bit more knowleadge that me lol

cheers again vez. just ordererd new plastics n graphics 4 her. a bort sum chrome cleaner for the dep exhaust but dint seem to bring it up gleaming like a wanted. any advice on a gud chrome polish? av also just bort a alimunium pressed reg plate with black beading round the edges that should look the part wen it arrives. been searching for afta market headlights any suggestens? cheers again vez u been really helpfull AS ALWAYS. chris

nice 1 vez m8. the oil light came on yesterday then went off for abit, then came bk on again. there is about a quarter of the oil still left. i fort the light was cumin on for the engine on oil. what do u fink? cheers again vez
