I speak from experience here, as i have an the integrated LED tail, dont do it. Its more hassle than its worth and it will in the most likely chance fail, be a pain in the ass and not be legal I'm ripping my out when this snow thaws and putting it back to the original. Dont waste your money, just get LED indicators instead of the integrated thing.

I've got them on my xj6, live anywhere near glasgow? haha. Anyway, screw out the bar ends, then they just slot in and the bolt you use to slot in expands and grips. No doing anything funny with the screw inside the bar. It allows you to just replace the bar end weights if u want

Hey hey, I have an XJ6-S, I use the acerbis duel road handguards along with heated grips. I also have a good set of UnderArmour Cold Gear Gloves. All the little bits help but your still cold in winter mate. David

My first service didn't cost me anything more than 50 Quid for my XJ6. I live in Glasgow and bought my bike from the dealership that serviced it. I donno how much effect this would have. You would think, its coming to christmas time, they would be looking for all the work they could get

I was wondering if anyone could help me. The LED tail light has three wires, the yamaha wiring has five. One for the tail light, one black and one coloured for both indicators. indicators work fine without both black wires not being connected. The problem i have is that the tail light stays red and doesn't turn off. Anyone got any ideas?

I decided to go for the Acerbis Handguards from Ebay. Did some research on them and it says it should fit no bother so heres hoping i dont need to take a trip down the local garage for spare parts. Ive been thinking about getting a better pair of inner gloves. I dont really want to part up for winter, i've only been riding since august. Its damn annoying this weather, i bought a scottoiler and cant fit it because i cant get good weather to do it haha. Anyone had any look at the heated gloves or inners? Are they just for people with too much money to waste? Thanks for all your help, the list of clothing im needing to purchase is getting longer haha

I saw those Barkbusters, they are about 90 quid so i'll give those Acerbis Handguards a look. I've got a set of winter gloves, i think they might be too small if i were to go by your guide. I do use a set of inners for the gloves but they are crap. Its just my fingertips that get cold the most. Plus my toes haha. The toes i can get thicker socks for. Thanks for your help
