    Hello. I just changed the handlebars on my 78 XS750 from the origional chrome ones to a pair of black painted ones, and it wont electric start. The following have all been checked and DO WORK> lights, kick start, kill switch, and blinkers. I also shaved off all the paint under the throttle grip incase it was a 'bad ground' problem. Any suggestions?
