i completley rebuilt the motor and gearbox. the fuel air mixture is running at the default setting of 1 1/2 turns out and the intake manifold and air box is standard. the carburettor has been jetted. and i cant work out what is wrong with it.

it should have a compliance plate on the stem of the steering
