I can see the other side of the building, some portacabins and the A34 going into manchester Oh, and the rain Amanda
  8. It's mixed really. At the moment I've got loads of stuff going on that seems to take up most of my time but sometimes I'm not busy at all. If I'm in the office - great but at the moment it's a few minutes here and there on the computer Amanda

Bollocks to that I'd have to get a feckin' virago or summat like that to touch the floor with both feet [-X and that is not going to happen . That or a lowered 'busa  I couldn't touch the floor with both feet on the bike I learned on - a H100 so it can't matter that much cos I passed  Amanda

Very nice. I like kawasakis (but not as much as suzukis  ) and I would seriously consider getting one of those In black or orange  Amanda

Never had a serious injury but the most annoying one was last year. I got knocked off the SV and bashed my knee on something but I ended up with loads of swelling underneath my kneecap and I couldn't bend my leg so could only ride my bike again right at the end of summer  Amanda

I'm about 5'3" and can't touch the floor with both feet on owt. I've had loads of foam cut out of the SVs seat and can still only get one foot down. The FZX is a bit better but it doesn't work  I've just got to be careful not to stop next to pot holes and watch for nasty cambers at junctions and apart from that I'm fine. Amanda
  17. Nah. I love my suzukis I do  Amanda
  18. Well I still pop on here every now and then but I never have anything useful to say Amanda
  19. They're just idiots  I've been riding bikes for 10 years and haven't had that many bad experiences. Don't let them put you off. Amanda
  20. Nah, my little SV doesn't use a drop and my bandit was good too :neener As for my dads bike though, his ancient triumph never needs an oil change he pours that much through it Don't know about his new one though - will have to let you know  Amanda
  21. I think the best thing to do when buying bike gear is buy the best you can afford. Try a few lids and buy the one that fits the best because if it doesn't fit right it will distract you. Get some good gloves because hands are very difficult to fix when damaged and get come good boots too. I wear cordura/kevlar things with good body armour in them and they are comfy to me. I'm a short arse so getting leather pants that fit properly is difficult but if I could find some I would have them. HTH Amanda
  22. It happened by accident  . I was told it would be a good commuter bike for me so I didn't wreak the bandit I had at the time through winter. As it turned out I ended up riding the bandit through winter anyway cos it wouldn't work, then it tried to kill me and the thing still won't work. I'll stick with suzukis from now on  Amanda
  23. Not arsed. Dad's got a new triumph bonneville and has always ridden bikes. Amanda

I'm in Manchester and the way the fazer is running at the moment I don't think it'd make it that far I might turn up on the Sv though Amanda
