Man that shops looks hench! Unfortunately, I'm still on me Draggy125 with L's. Saying that, how many miles is it? I'm feeling a "YOC Cigar run " Chris

Dipping in brandy is a crime which should be punishable by death. I have my humidor of Diplomatico's (albeit a broken humidor!), I wanna get a new one though. I recently had a "gurka ancient warrior" and it was the finest thing i've smoked in a long time. I smoke one or two a night, it's an expensive hobby! My dream job would be to open a cigar store haha.

Simply, are there any other cigar lovers on the forum? If so, what's ya favourite?
  4. I think Cynic hit the nail on the head. When I started I used to get caught out loads in 1st gear when the lights turn green and I'm still doing 20-30mph! NOT GOOD. If you can see the light on red start breaking easily, and get your revs right BEFORE you change down again. If you need to get used to this, try shifting down GRADUALLY as you get towards the light and as you slow down. You should already know by now your gear ratios so try and adjust your speed to what gear you are in... Shifting from 2nd into Neutral is always a handy tactic that a lot of people often overlook. Takes some practise to get it just right though . Is the country road like semi-gravelly? And is the problem mainly when you're breaking? It could just be a the standardly "Loose road surface" problem - in which case use your back brake more than your front. You'll get things moving you about all over, be it grooves in the road, wind, or loose stuff here and there. You'll get used to it and learn to avoid it eventually. but what do I know - I'm still on L plates!
  5. Sorry mate should've quoted ChristianSRA
  6. If you have the option, specify International Politics for A2. I think there's a choice of US, European, etc or something... but International Politics is pretty much I.R and is SOOOO interesting.
  7. Haha I stand corrected I'm SOOOO using it next time I'm asked to remove my hood. Saying that, it WON'T go down in france in a few months, will it! Them banning the burkah and all that... BUT I don't mean to be a thread hijacker do i...
  8. AS or A2 govt and polts? It's a great course either way... I'm up for Yammyism...
  9. Dude, I'm 17, there's nothing wrong with how old ya are! Saying that I think it has to be more than 50 people maybe? Seems a bit too easy to get away with... I remember something going round on the last government census, where people worked out that if over 3000 people said they were a certain religion then it became "official"... and so there was a plan for thousands to put "jedi" down as their religion... which never happened. Anybody else know anything about EU Laws? I'll ask more about them in I.R class on monday... we do a lot about the EU. And in reply to Cynic (haven't got this multi quote thing sorted yet!) - yeah we get that loads at rallies - people going nuts etc, nothing ever happens... and it's all a good laugh...!
  10. Um, excuse me for getting all "boffin-ey", but the EU, nor any IGO, can remove one nations sovereignty. Therefore, if GB don't like it, then they don't HAVE to impose it, nobody can ENFORCE it. The only "problem" is that then we have to leave the EU. Now, this sparks a whole new debate: what HAS the EU done for us? Well it's made our recession come about quicker, it's made many lose their jobs through loose immigration policies, it's limited farmers to how much they can farm (and to what they farm - e.g. the EU state you can only grow straight cucumbers, or curly ones, but I forgot which one... they've already changed it twice!), it's depreciated the value of our currency within Europe, it's not provided any more security than already was from NATO, it's allowed the Nazi activist and holocaust denier NICK GRIFFIN get any sort of political foothold, it's allowed Nazi and Fascist wings of German and French politics into it's European parliament, all whilst supposedly protecting our "human rights", and now, AND NOW!, ANNNNNNNNND NOWWWWWWWWW! they are trying to take away/make harder the LAST remaining passion of mine (apart from ranting) - MOTORCYCLING. Come on guys, isn't it time we left this homogenising, global-socially polarising, piece.of.sh!t? And ride our bikes with NO helmets and NO safety rules and NO CLOTHES ON! (appealing to some of us ) Just my two pence Chris

  13. You'll get used to commuting/filtering etc. When I started I was shitting it so much that I would RATHER get stuck in traffic. I'll check what I'm doing this Sunday, but I'll probably be up for a ride. I'm up to Ipswich the following weekend though for Copdock Motorcycle Show, so we'll try make something work... Like I said best gimme a text when you know you're free...

Right okay, assuming you've already done CBT, you are allowed to do your "restricted licence" on a 125cc bike. This allows you to ride ANY cc bike, as long as it is restricted to 33bhp. This means you can jump on the triumph rocket, 4500cc, but as long as its restricted to 33bhp then you're fine. Saying that, a lot of people get it restricted and then take the restricter out. After 2 years on a "restricted", you can move up to any size bike. Chris

BECAUSE we're like the two little girls in Claire's accessories that talk and shout really uneccissarily loudly in an effort to make everyone care about their lives.

If you can make the fender much closer to the tyre by me chopping the mounts off then I will DEFINITELY cut em off I would like it to hug the tyre as close as you can get it and will do some chopping to get that
