  1. With the countdown for the 2005 MotoGP World Championship already underway, fans will soon be able to quench their thirst for Grand Prix action thanks to Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, who have announced the release of MotoGP4, developed exclusively for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system by Namco, for spring 2005. With updated teams and riders, new circuits and a range of new modes, advances have been made across every area of the game. MotoGP4 will include online play for the first time to add to the series’ established single player and head-to-head racing modes. The highly popular 125cc and 250cc classes have also been added, enabling players to test themselves at all levels of the sport. As MotoGP has continued to grow in popularity across the globe, with television and circuit audiences at record levels, new fans have brought their unique passion to the sport. MotoGP4 now includes a brand new training system designed to show the latest generation of riders how to get the most out of these ultimate speed machines. As well as being one of the most exciting motor sports in the world, MotoGP is also the undisputed pinnacle of motorcycle racing. The biggest names in bike manufacturing compete to develop the most advanced high-performance racing machines, as the riders display phenomenal skill around the most famous circuits in the world at speeds over 300 km/h. By working closely with Dorna Sports, the MotoGP licensing body, Namco has once again raised the bar in faithfully recreating this electrifying sport and delivering an experience that will thrill fans everywhere. Isao Nakamura, Producer on MotoGP4 for Namco, is confident that the game represents a step forward for the series: "I am very excited about this new title. We've added a lot of new features, such as the online mode, while still ensuring that fans of MotoGP will recognise the high quality, realistic racing from the previous games. We are also proud to include the 125cc and 250cc motorbike classes for the first time.” Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO of Dorna Sports, is also looking forward to the latest instalment of the MotoGP franchise: “After the success of the previous releases of the MotoGP games for PlayStation®2, we are excited to launch MotoGP4 and continue our partnership with Namco and SCEE,” he said. “Everybody knows that this sport is about high technology and challenges, and the new edition of this popular game will certainly provide both. I hope that fans new and old will enjoy MotoGP through the game as the sport continues to grow.” Since its debut on PlayStationâ2 in 2001, the MotoGP series has sold over 1 million units in the PAL territories and the series continues to go from strength to strength. October 2004 saw the release of MotoGP3on the PlayStation®2 Platinum range, giving new racing fans a chance to experience the thrills of MotoGP racing firsthand, and to prepare for the new challenges that 2005 will bring. Now I'll have to see if I can bribe my 21yr. old, to let me use his new PS2 come springtime. 8)

  3. Subject: Management An Indian walks into a cafe with a shotgun in one hand pulling a male buffalo with the other. He says to the waiter, "Me want coffee." The waiter says, "Sure chief, coming right up." He gets the Indian a tall mug of coffee. The Indian drinks the coffee down in one gulp, turns and blasts the buffalo with the shotgun, causing parts of animal to splatter everywhere, then just walks out. The next morning the Indian returns. He has his shotgun in one hand pulling another male buffalo with the other. He walks up to the counter and says to the waiter, "Me want coffee." The waiter says, "Whoa, Tonto! We're still cleaning up your mess from yesterday. What was all that about, anyway?" The Indian smiles and proudly says, "Me training for upper management position: Come in, drink coffee, shoot the bull, leave mess for others to clean up, disappear for rest of day."

  5. Whackin' it in should be OK......as long as the shop where you bought it, filled it with fresh acid. Then your charging system on your bike should be adequate to do the rest.

  9. I imagine that it would offer a bit more torque, but @ the expense of some added weight. :? Probably a pretty even trade off.....& XT's are pretty reliable too. 1 thing to watch out for, is that some of them have a nylon drive gear for the oil pump that's a bit dodgy.....but I think that's on the older models......not really sure. If it's in good shape, it sounds like a pretty fair deal.

    bike tests

What kind of little bike to you have there Gazad? Sounds like you might know your way around a spanner fairly well, being a car mechanic.......if so, doing that work yourself that you stated you needed, is a Helluva lot cheaper  ........besides there's a real sense of accomplishment when you can keep your own bike running, all by yourself. ......it can also teach you how to TroubleShoot pretty well. 8) & along the lines of what FazerBob stated......once you start riding on the road regularly, you'll pay attention to things that Cagers have NO clue what they're missing! ...it Does make a better driver outta ya  Bottom Line: Absolutely NO Feelin' like 2-Wheelin' 8)
  24. Depends on how much bigger of a tire you want......& on how wide the stock rear wheel is.
